Flow (outdoors only, weather permitting) 

Experience your body in this class! This class features a flowing vinyasa sequence partnered with breath awareness, meditation, hands-on alignment, and relaxation. You will expand your strength, stamina and flexibility. You will enrich your current foundation and grow in your postures, mind and heart. This is the perfect transition from Beginner!

Yoga for Athletes (outdoors only, weather permitting)

Yoga is a great tool for athletes of all levels – whether you are a recreational athlete or a competitive athlete! Join us for classes designed to assist athletes in training (for ANY sport – rowing, tennis, running, swimming, soccer, etc!) Yoga aids in body awareness, balance, and focus while supporting recovery. This class may be what you're missing in your training regime!

Yoga for Teens (ages 13-19) @ the Community Center

Yoga for Teens, is a bridge for Social Emotional Learning that can help teens improve coping with stress, anxiety, as well as supports the mind-body connection. Synchronizing breath and movement on the mat helps cultivate a deeper awareness of one’s internal state. Giving your teen time to step back, and see themselves and their bodies better in the context of a safe space.

New Life: Prenatal Community & Gentle Yoga @ the Community Center Thursday Evenings, 6pm or Saturdays 8am 

New Life, is a 6 week community building, hour long workshop for the expectant mother.  Flow through a short gentle vinyasa practice that will support the mind-body connection for your pregnancy and beyond. After practice, enjoy light refreshments as you mingle and connect with other expectant mothers. All trimesters welcome.
